SAKB-Based Servobox

Everything in One Box: Fully integrated, fully wired, and featuring HAWE’s signature quality, the Servobox is an efficient and reliable servo drive for press brakes up to 200 metric tons. Everything from a single source for easy installation and quick commissioning.

Servo motor pump units as enabler for efficient hydraulic solutions

The HAWE’s MPLMhybrid combines servomotor, internal gear pump, pressure filter and valve block to one integrated unit. This makes the electro-hydraulic drive unit for press brakes compact and energy efficient. Less electric power consumption and less oil heating.

LiftAx for synchronous lifting and lowering

The new decentralised solution LiftAx from HAWE Hydraulik realises synchronous lifting and lowering operations with maximum precision and also offers advantages during installation and commissioning. The plug & play unit consisting of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power pack type LiftAx is mounted at each lifting point of the pallet changer.

Proportional amplifier type EV2D

It controls up to 6 hydraulic valves and is specially designed for the use of valve-controlled systems in press brakes. Thanks to SIL3 and the safety function (STO), the amplifier as an electronic module meets the requirements for machine safety for press brakes.

New Generation INKA 3 Compact Units

The INKA compact unit, size 3, provides 20% more power compared to the previous model. State-of-the-art sensor technology and IO-Link connectivity enable easy integration into connected systems. In addition to low noise emissions, the unit features effective cooling and a consistently implemented design-to-cost approach.
