The trend towards energy-efficient and high-performance press brakes presents machine manufacturers with the challenge of integrating modern servo technology quickly and economically into new machine concepts. With the servobox, HAWE Hydraulik offers a compact plug-and-play solution that combines all the essential components of a servo-hydraulic drive system in one unit, thus significantly reducing development, assembly and commissioning costs.
The servobox is based on a proven system architecture and combines a tank, servomotor pump unit and an application-specific manifold in a compact hydraulic power pack. Thanks to the pre-integrated and coordinated solution, machine builders benefit from fast implementation and shorter commissioning times.
A particular advantage is the high adaptability of the solution. The servobox can be designed for customer-specific installation spaces and requirements. This makes it particularly suitable for machine concepts with limited installation space or individual performance requirements. At the same time, the compact design supports a space-saving design of the entire machine.
As a servo-hydraulic drive system, the servobox combines the power density of the hydraulics with the energy efficiency of modern servo drives. Compared to conventional hydraulic power units, the required power is provided as needed.
