Aschheim, 20.07.2026 – HAWE Hydraulik is expanding its portfolio with the new CBA 1 valve bank, which combines a wide range of hydraulic functions in a compact unit. The modular valve block enables the creation of custom control systems with minimal installation effort and can be mounted directly onto all HAWE sub-oil compact power units as well as the H3 and H4 power units. In particular, the ability to integrate spool and spool-type valves with NG 4 and NG 6 standard connection patterns into a single block makes it attractive for the machine tool industry.
- Efficiency, space optimization, and system integration are becoming increasingly important in mechanical and plant engineering
- New valve bank expands the HAWE product portfolio
- Can be mounted on all HAWE compact units to build customer-specific system solutions
Modern machines require high-performance, space-saving, and energy-efficient hydraulic solutions. This is precisely where the new valve manifold comes in: It combines various valve functions into a single block, thereby reducing piping requirements, interfaces, and potential leak points. The CBA 1 accommodates valves with the standard connection patterns NG 4 and NG 6, including directional control valves with position monitoring for enhanced operational reliability. Manufactured from aluminum, the valve block is designed for operating pressures up to 210 bar and flow rates up to 15 l/min. It thus complements the proven BA 2 valve assembly in the low- to medium-flow range and is particularly well-suited for compact, cost-efficient hydraulic systems.
A wide range of adapter plates enables the easy integration of additional functions. Furthermore, the modular design allows for quick adaptation or expansion of existing systems without additional design effort.
“Today, it’s not just performance that matters, but also installation space, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance. Valve blocks offer an intelligent and compact solution for these requirements,” explains Axel Grigoleit, machine tool application specialist at HAWE Hydraulik.
A new connection block with an integrated pressure relief valve and a leak-free pressure regulator also enables particularly compact and energy-efficient accumulator charging circuits. As a result, the CBA1 offers high functional density and maximum flexibility for applications in machine tool, plant, and test equipment manufacturing.
