Employee can plan and save for expenses through the Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent care.

Life & Disability:

All full-time employees are provided company-paid life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage. Additional voluntary benefits coverage is available for employees as well as dependents.

Retirement Planning:

We offer Roth and Traditional 401 (k) plan options to help our team plan for the future. We also provide a company match to better ensure the long-term financial health and well-being of our employees.

Employee Assistance Program:

Available for employees and their families, this assessment and referral service provides confidential, individual assistance for a wide range of personal and work-related issues.

Educational Reimbursement Program:

In addition to career development planning, we offer an annual financial assistance option for full-time employees. This option may be used for tution, the cost of books or other related fees at any accredited higher education institution.

Time Off:

We offer paid time off so employees can spend time with family and friends. The company offices are closed in observance of designated national holidays. We even close a little earlier on Friday´s to help our employees get their weekends started sooner!

Our program follows a holistic wellness model. This means that we care about the physical fitness of our employees as well as their financial, social, and environmental well-being. We provide opportunities for our employees to better themselves through the year with several initiatives.
