Special gear pump

External gear pump with compensation of the radial and axial play to reduce the gaps with increasing pressure. This compensation is achieved by means of suitably shaped and arranged compression springs and slotted bearing bushings (Figure B 25). At the same time the bearing load becomes smaller because the suction chamber can be increased in size. At pressures of around 150 to 200 bar special gear pumps still have good efficiency, however they then become very noisy.
