Collective term for all techniques and aids necessary to manipulate the control elements of the power flow such that they can perform their functions according to the task formulation.
The information necessary for this is obtained externally or from the process, logically connected, amplified and/or stored where necessary and then converted into routing commands at the right time and in the right order (Figure S 92). Steps must be taken to prevent mutually exclusive information from unintentionally triggering simultaneous routing commands.
