8.9.2025, Munich. HAWE Hydraulik was awarded 65 points in the latest international sustainability rating by EcoVadis, earning it the bronze medal. This result places the mechanical engineering company among the top 35% of companies worldwide rated on the platform – a clear signal of its consistent commitment to sustainability management.

HAWE Hydraulik has been consistently and continuously implementing measures in the four areas assessed: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainability. These include the expansion of the photovoltaic system at the Kaufbeuren plant for renewable in-house power supply, the implementation of a company health management system, and the continuous rollout of the EHS certifications first issued in 2008 to other locations worldwide, improving occupational safety, introducing a whistleblower system, establishing comprehensive ESG reporting, and participating in the UN Global Compact. These steps illustrate that sustainability is firmly anchored in HAWE's strategy and culture.
