Detergent/dispergent mineral oils

Mineral oils that are able to partially emulsify any water or to hold it in suspension until it evaporates with increasing temperature. Larger amounts of water (above approx. 2 %) are, on the other hand, separated out immediately.

With detergent/dispergent mineral oils it should however be noted that roller bearings react severely to water in the oil. For this reason the water content should not exceed 0.2 %.
