Compact control blocks

These customized compact control blocks demonstrate how high functional density and performance can be achieved in a very compact space. The low flow rates allow for excellent precision control of individual functions. Various safety functions and emergency actuators can also be easily integrated.

Motor pump unit as link between electrical and hydraulic system

In HAWE's motor-pump units, an electric motor and the hydraulic pump are directly connected via a flange. Different motor types and pump types can be combined. This makes it possible to generate emission-free hydraulic power from an electric drive train.

Compact electrification solutions

HAWE offers battery packs, motor-pump units, and the appropriate electronics as individual components or as compact system solutions tailored to your vehicle. In combination with efficient working hydraulics, this results in a powerful and space-saving unit.

Intelligent valve cartridge VIPR

The intelligent valve cartridge VIPR uses the advantages of AI for commissioning, operation and adaptation to new control tasks. Four proportional seat valves arranged in an independent metering setup. Equipped with pressure sensors and an electronic controller, all channels leading to a consumer can be individually controlled.

Electrification

HAWE’s customized concepts and systems range from proven hybrid solutions (partial electrification of the working hydraulics) to fully electrified vehicles. High efficiency, compact dimensions, and reduced weight are the key objectives. These factors contribute positively to energy efficiency, as well as lower emissions and noise levels.
